Shipping
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after a 1–2 day processing window. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout. Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Currently we ship to the United States and Canada only. International shipping is planned for a future release.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in My Account.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Start a return by submitting a ticket — we'll send a prepaid label within 2 business days.
Yes. Return the original item (see return policy above) and place a new order for the correct size. We'll process your return and the new order independently.
Orders & Payments
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be modified. Contact support immediately if you need to make a change.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
